Yes. You can reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Use the "Reschedule" link in your Calendly email confirmation.

If you cancel your consultation at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund processed via Stripe (funds arrive in 5-10 business days). If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your slot, a 50% booking fee applies.

Many modern pet insurance providers (like Lemonade, Trupanion, and ASPCA Pet Insurance) cover virtual vet consulting and triage. We provide a detailed PDF receipt containing Dr. Khan's credentials that you can submit for reimbursement claims.
