Under Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) guidelines, we cannot prescribe controlled prescription drugs online without a physical clinical exam. We provide triage, non-prescription wellness guidance, nutrition schedules, and behavior adjustment paths. For prescription medications, you will need a physical clinic visit.

Our veterinarians specialize primarily in canine (dog) and feline (cat) healthcare. We provide advice on puppies, kittens, adult, and senior pets. We do not currently consult on birds, reptiles, or exotic animals.

Booking & Payments

Absolutely. We handle all billing through Stripe, which uses AES-256 encryption. We never see or store your payment details on our servers.

You can cancel or reschedule your slot for free up to 24 hours prior. If you cancel within the 24-hour window or fail to attend, a 50% booking fee applies due to reserved clinical scheduling.

Health & Safety

Our online vet consultation is strictly for general guidance and non-emergency triage. If your dog or cat displays emergency indicators (e.g. collapse, labored breathing, seizures, active bleeding, ingestion of poison), please proceed to your nearest local physical emergency animal hospital immediately.

Yes. If your local vet ran bloodwork, skin scrapes, or urinary analyses and you need a second opinion or a clear explanation of what the values mean, you can upload them to us during booking. Dr. Khan will break them down during your consultation.
