Dr. Khan’s love for animals started early. Over time, he developed a deep appreciation for the unique bond between humans and their pets — and that passion drove him to pursue a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, followed by a Master’s and PhD from China.

He is a proud member of both the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA), Newfoundland and Labrador Veterinary Association and the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA), and he stays actively current with the latest advancements in veterinary science to ensure every consultation reflects modern, evidence-based medicine.

Over his career, Dr. Khan has gained extensive hands-on experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions in dogs and cats — from routine health concerns to complex, multi-system disease. He currently practices in Canada and brings that real-world clinical expertise directly to his online consultations.
