An online vet consultation is a virtual meeting with a qualified veterinarian via video link or text chat. It allows pet parents to seek professional advice, discuss symptoms, receive nutritional guidance, and determine if an in-person clinical visit is necessary.
Prescription regulations depend heavily on your local state or country laws (governing the Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship, or VCPR). In many areas, online consultations are limited to triage, general wellness recommendations, and preventative advice. We cannot prescribe controlled substances online.
You can choose a date and time using our integrated Calendly booking flow. Once chosen, payment is processed securely via Stripe. We support all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
If your pet shows severe emergency signs, such as acute breathing distress, poisoning, heavy blood loss, persistent seizures, or collapse, do not book an online consult. Immediately transport your pet to the nearest emergency veterinary facility.
